New Hampshire Real Estate Salesperson License Requirements
  • 18 years old.
  • 40 hours of pre-licensing courses for Salesperson applicants.
  • Broker applicants must take 60 hours of approved real estate courses.
  • All applicants must provide a signed statement from affiliated real estate broker, attending to the applicant’s good moral character and trustworthiness.
  • Provide proof of trustworthiness with no undischarged court judgments.
  • Applicants must provide signed affidavits from three character references.
  • Real estate broker applicants must have at least 1 year of full-time or 2000 hours of part-time active experience as a real estate salesperson.
  • Active applicants must submit a Surety Bond for at least $25,000.
  • Pass real estate licensing exam.
